If we work together in a personal or business coaching capacity, our role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, but your success depends primarily on your own effort, motivation, commitment and follow-through, after the Coaching programmes or sessions. We cannot predict or guarantee that you will attain a particular personal goal, business result, income increase, certification, relational success, or business success, academic goal or career goal, and you accept and understand that results differ with each individual, business and circumstances. You fully agree that there are no guarantees as to the specific outcome or results you can expect from using the information you receive through this Website or in-person Coaching sessions, seminars, workshops, programmes or talks. Although we will strive to bring out the best results in and through you, results are not guaranteed because it is primarily determined by the effort, consistency and commitment you put in and the action you take to better your life. Life and Relationship Coaching programmes and sessions are for a fixed period of time. So, the rest of the time is left up to you to live out what you have learned, gained, and to use the tools and strategies that you been equipped with, making it a daily habit, so that you lived it out for the best results to be experienced.

Therefore, Coaching4Excellence (Pty) Ltd may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction accepting jurisdiction under this specific provision, who, regardless of the Governing Law provision, will apply the laws of its own jurisdiction in determining whether Coaching4Excellence (Pty) Ltd will be granted injunctive or other equitable relief to stop your breach or your threat of breach, without impairing, invalidating, negating or voiding Coaching4Excellence (Pty) Ltd rights to relief, either in law or at equity.

Miscellaneous
If any of these terms and conditions is found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. Our Coaches are not medical professionals, psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or registered dietician or licensed nutritionist.  As a Life Coach and Career Coach, I am not providing health care, medical or nutritional therapy services, or attempting to diagnose, treat, prevent or cure any physical, mental or emotional issue, disease or condition. The information provided in or through our Website pertaining to your health, wealth/finances, relational, business or career choices, or any other aspect of your life, is not intended to be a substitute for the professional advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by your own Medical Provider or Mental Health Provider.
